Job Title: Montessori Teacher
Location: Omole Phase 2, Lagos

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori Teacher to guide young learners through their early childhood education journey. This role is ideal for someone who believes in nurturing independence and building foundational skills in a supportive classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Montessori-based lessons that support child development
- Create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and progress
- Encourage independent, hands-on learning and curiosity
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff
- Contribute to classroom planning, curriculum updates, and school activities
Requirements
- ND, HND, or BSc in Education
- Montessori teaching certificate (preferred)
- Prior experience teaching children between ages 3 to 6 using the Montessori method
Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent classroom management
- Passionate about early childhood development and the Montessori approach
- Team player with a positive attitude
Salary Range
₦50,000 – ₦100,000 Monthly
