Role Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with pharmacy technicians across different locations to manage procurement, ensure seamless medication supply, and maintain top-quality service for our patients across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and improve pharmacy performance and patient satisfaction
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and monitor key metrics
- Train and guide healthcare staff on pharmacy best practices
- Collaborate with medical teams to enhance patient care and medication use
- Implement strategies to boost efficiency and service delivery
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution
- 0 – 1 year post-NYSC clinical experience in a clinic, hospital, retail, or community pharmacy
- Strong skills in counseling patients on both primary care and chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, peptic ulcers)
- Experience working with large datasets using Excel or tools like Stata (an advantage)
- Team management experience is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to explain medical concepts clearly in simple terms
