Role Overview

We are hiring a Pharmacy Sales Associate on behalf of our esteemed client in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right medications, promote pharmaceutical products, and ensure smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in choosing prescription and over-the-counter medications.

• Provide accurate product details, dosage guidance, and usage information under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

• Keep the sales floor and product display shelves neat, organized, and well-stocked.

• Accurately process customer transactions and issue receipts.

• Track and report low inventory levels to the pharmacist or supervisor.

• Support daily pharmacy activities such as labeling, packaging, and organizing medications (as permitted by law).

• Follow all pharmacy regulations, safety procedures, and health standards.

• Respond to customer inquiries and refer medical-related questions to the pharmacist.

• Build strong customer relationships that encourage trust and repeat visits.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (a background in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related fields is an advantage).

• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail sales environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and inventory management.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in computer operations and POS systems.
