Eclat Human Resource Consulting is a dynamic management firm based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to helping clients achieve their business goals through tailored systems, structures, and expert personnel. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Photographer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photography sessions for events, portraits, products, fashion, real estate, or corporate clients.
• Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to capture high-quality images.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and expectations for photo sessions.
• Select appropriate locations for outdoor or on-site shoots, considering lighting, background, and logistics.
• Set up and manage lighting equipment, both natural and artificial, to create the desired mood and effect.
• Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Provide posing guidance and creative direction to clients, ensuring high-quality and professional results.
• Capture candid and posed shots during events such as weddings, parties, conferences, and ceremonies.
• Maintain studio space, equipment, and props, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
• Organize and deliver final edited photos in high-resolution digital or print formats according to client needs.
• Continuously update your portfolio to showcase your work and attract new clients.
• Create captivating images for branding and promotional use on social media platforms.
• Manage shoot schedules, bookings, and ensure punctuality and professionalism in all sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots to prevent delays and maintain image quality.
• Understand copyright, licensing, and image usage agreements with clients and third parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, with expertise in commercial, portrait, event, or stock photography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality images.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and photography techniques.
• Familiarity with copyright laws and licensing for commercial photography.
• Experience working with digital asset management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience.
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or photo trading platforms is an advantage.

Salary

• N80,000 per month.
