Job Summary
We’re hiring a QA Engineer who’s passionate about maintaining high-quality standards, improving testing processes, and collaborating with teams to deliver flawless digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to drive improvements from development to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing process for new features, from validating requirements to final release
- Use tools like Postman to automate API testing and streamline quality assurance
- Write clear and concise test plans, documenting issues in a way that supports action
- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve bugs early in the development cycle
- Monitor release timelines and ensure smooth delivery without compromising quality
- Contribute to feature reviews and highlight potential edge cases
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software QA (manual and some automation)
- Strong knowledge of Postman, test scripting, and API validation
- Basic coding knowledge is a plus
- Proactive problem-solver who goes beyond reporting bugs to ensure resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for documentation and feedback
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, agile teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming, esports, or consumer tech
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Previous work experience in startups or small, agile teams
