Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring top-quality service in a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with company standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including stock control and supply management
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff for optimal performance
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Create and test new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record as a Chef in a professional setting
- Excellent cooking and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
