Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Program Manager to lead key initiatives around talent strategy, workforce capability, and training readiness. This role is ideal for someone passionate about workforce development, data-driven insights, and building scalable programs that directly impact people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Hugo’s capability index to track talent strengths, skill gaps, and alignment with business goals
- Monitor workforce trends and internal data to identify skill shortages early and design proactive upskilling strategies
- Design high-quality assessments that evaluate cognitive, academic, and operational readiness in partnership with internal subject matter experts
- Collaborate with the Product and Academy teams to build targeted, scalable training interventions
- Manage testing cycles and engagement strategies with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Align program goals with broader business outcomes through clear strategy and measurable impact
What We’re Looking For
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Ability to analyze complex, unstructured data and deliver actionable insights
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments without a fixed roadmap
- Creative and agile in designing solutions and building new systems from scratch
- Strong communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
- Experience turning abstract ideas into structured programs and tools
Preferred Experience
- At least 4 years in program management, workforce planning, or talent strategy, with leadership responsibilities
- Experience with large-scale projects across cross-functional teams
- Exposure to assessment design, learning and development (L&D), people analytics, or HR consulting is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with competency modeling, organizational development, or workforce capability frameworks
