Since 1989, AHI has played a crucial role in promoting better life opportunities for youth, partnering with both local and international donors to influence policy and drive youth-focused development across the country.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Programme Intern (Communication & Programme) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to contribute to meaningful projects that support youth health and development.
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 3 Months (Extension possible based on performance)
Reports to: Programme Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating youth-focused programmes.
- Collect and analyze data to assess project effectiveness.
- Support in preparing project reports and funding proposals.
- Engage with community members and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project relevance.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Prior experience in program coordination or community development is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in youth empowerment and non-profit work.
