About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with 10 to 15 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will lead complex construction projects across Saudi Arabia, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Arabian construction laws and regulations
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise site operations and quality control processes
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in project management and construction software
- Valid international passport suitable for employment in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate effectively
