About the Role
The Construction Manager will lead complex civil engineering projects, ensuring every phase meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. We are seeking a seasoned professional with minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience within the construction sector.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure
- Strong command of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in project management and construction management software
- Valid international passport, suitable for employment in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead effective negotiations
