Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Purchase Supervisor to manage procurement processes and ensure timely, cost-effective purchases. This role involves handling purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the overall business strategy through efficient purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and review purchase orders in line with company guidelines
• Ensure all purchase orders are properly approved
• Send purchase orders to suppliers where required
• Verify goods and services received using approved delivery documents
• Ensure purchases are made efficiently and within budget
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Monitor lead times and follow up on outstanding orders
• Support continuous improvement in purchasing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Purchasing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar procurement role

Key Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, especially in FMCG environments
• Experience using SAP
• Ability to analyze and resolve procurement and inventory challenges
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
