Our client, a well-established restaurant based in Wuse Zone 4, Abuja, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team. The role offers both feeding and accommodation while on duty, providing a supportive and professional work environment for the ideal candidate.

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and motivate staff to achieve high performance and excellent customer experience
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Handle customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of complaints
- Monitor inventory, expenses, and sales reports
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- 4–10 years of proven experience as a restaurant manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
- Additional Benefits: Feeding and accommodation provided while on duty
