Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex corporate transactions and advisory matters.
- Provide legal counsel on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and M&A.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and legal structuring.
- Work closely with senior management to provide business-driven legal solutions.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of post-call experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory.
