About the Role
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic SIWES intern to join our Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital banking environment. You will learn how to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth service experience while building valuable career skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service team in handling customer inquiries
- Assist in providing helpful and timely responses to customers
- Learn how to use CRM tools and business communication systems
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach to problem-solving
Requirements
- Current SIWES student in any discipline (preferred fields include Business Administration or Mass Communication)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
