Working Days: 6 days per week (3 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and target-driven Social Media and Sales Executive to grow our online presence and drive customer engagement. You will manage our digital platforms, generate leads, and convert online followers into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
• Create and share engaging posts, visuals, and promotional materials to build awareness
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to improve performance
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Track and report engagement, reach, and conversion using analytics tools

Sales and Lead Generation

• Use social platforms and online listings to generate quality leads
• Engage followers and inquiries, turning them into loyal customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks
• Deliver clear pitches and product information to prospects
• Maintain and update a customer database

Marketing and Campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and special offers
• Recommend new digital marketing strategies and content ideas
• Measure the performance of paid promotions and adjust plans as needed

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦110,000
• 1% commission on sales
• ₦20,000 monthly bonus when sales targets are exceeded
• Performance reviews apply
