We offer a wide range of textures including straight, wavy, and curly hair sourced from trusted donors across China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, India, Burma, and Argentina.

Position: Social Media Content Creator
Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are hiring a creative and trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to build and strengthen our online presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty, haircare, and digital content. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand and connects with our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish original content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and carousels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Capture and edit product content, tutorials, customer features, influencer collaborations, and behind-the-scenes clips
• Write clear, engaging captions and use effective hashtags to maintain the brand’s voice and aesthetic
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting across channels
• Track content performance using insights and analytics, and adjust strategies based on results
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and updates within the beauty and fashion industries
• Support influencer collaborations, user-generated content, and engagement through comments and DMs
• Participate in offline content creation during in-store sessions or at brand events

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation
• Strong portfolio showing past work on Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Skilled in editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite
• Familiar with trends in beauty, hair, and luxury branding
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Comfortable in front of the camera (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

Work Schedule

• Hybrid work setup: 4 days onsite, remaining days remote
• Must be available for occasional weekend content creation with notice

Salary
₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
