Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Nigeria
Salary: N450,000 Monthly
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design and build software solutions for both business and consumer needs. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, and then use programming languages such as Java or C++ to create functional programs. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a passion for software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Write clean and efficient code according to project specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify, test, and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve software performance
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system functionality
- Create detailed technical documentation for reporting and reference
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with test-driven software design and development
- Proficiency in coding languages such as C++, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks and systems like AngularJS and Git
- Knowledge of databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate)
- Strong learning ability for new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Resourcefulness in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- High attention to detail
