Job Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer who will collaborate with our business teams to design and deliver custom applications that drive innovation and support strategic objectives. This role involves turning technical ideas into practical solutions and ensuring alignment with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business team to create innovative, user-focused software solutions
• Design system structures and tools to meet specific business needs
• Transform technical concepts into detailed development-ready designs
• Apply relevant technical strategies, standards, and best practices during development
• Support the development team throughout the software lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage

Experience Required

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in business process management, system analysis, and software design
• Experience working in banking or financial services is preferred
• Background in improving and documenting business processes
