Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Supervisor / Quality Assurance Officer to oversee daily operations and maintain top-tier service standards. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure quality control in food preparation, and promote cleanliness and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across service, kitchen, and sanitation teams
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout all areas of the eatery
• Monitor the quality and presentation of food and customer service
• Conduct regular inspections during working hours
• Support training on food safety, hygiene, and best practices
• Work in alternating shifts: morning to afternoon and afternoon to evening

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Home Economics, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or quality assurance role within the food industry
