Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to produce high-quality videos that promote our properties, showcase our brand, and capture real customer experiences. This role plays a vital part in our marketing efforts by bringing our vision and developments to life through engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit videos for property tours, promotional campaigns, events, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction, storyboards, and content strategy
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, client testimonials, and company culture moments
• Operate professional equipment including drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio tools
• Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
• Format and optimize video content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and our website
• Stay updated on content trends and video production best practices
• Maintain a well-organized video archive for future use

Requirements

• Previous experience as a videographer, ideally in real estate or related fields
• Strong editing skills with professional video software
• Skilled in handling video and photography equipment
• Excellent storytelling and visual composition ability
• Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Awareness of digital marketing and social media trends is an advantage

Salary Range
₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
