Job Overview
We are hiring a courteous and energetic Waiter or Waitress to serve guests in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a positive attitude toward service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and present menus
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Recommend menu items and inform guests about specials
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure guests are satisfied and address any concerns politely
- Provide accurate bills and handle payments
- Return change and thank guests for visiting
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to carry multiple plates or trays with ease
