Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Role Overview

The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for managing all security activities within assigned locations. This role ensures the safety of company assets, staff, and customers through effective supervision, monitoring, and control of security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations
• Manage Security Supervisors, Loss Prevention Officers, and CCTV Operators
• Monitor surveillance systems and review security reports
• Investigate security incidents and prepare clear reports
• Identify risks and recommend preventive measures
• Ensure security policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Respond calmly and decisively during emergency situations

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, Trade Test, or Technical Training certification
• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with surveillance and access control systems
• Ability to investigate incidents and assess risks
• Good judgment, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure

Salary

N400,000 per month
