Job Overview

Maon Services Limited is looking for a talented Copywriter to create powerful and engaging narratives that strengthen our premium brand identity. The right candidate will use creativity, research, and teamwork to craft content that drives customer engagement across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Create compelling, brand-consistent copy for marketing campaigns, social media, product descriptions, email newsletters, and event materials
• Tailor tone and writing style to fit different platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and print advertisements, targeting premium consumers and HORECA partners
• Work closely with designers and marketing teams to ensure strong visual and textual integration

Research and Strategic Input

• Conduct thorough research on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to fine-tune messaging strategies
• Contribute fresh concepts for marketing campaigns including product launches and seasonal promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams including Digital and Sales departments to maintain a unified brand voice across all communication channels
• Present creative concepts and revisions to leadership teams for feedback and approval

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Three to five years of proven experience in copywriting, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or luxury goods sectors
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on producing persuasive and error-free content
• Excellent collaboration and adaptability skills in a fast-paced work environment
• Good understanding of premium brand positioning and marketing
