Role Overview
We are currently hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Financial Markets. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless operation of our Financial Markets division. You’ll handle administrative responsibilities, contribute to project reviews, and help maintain high service standards within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Financial Markets by managing day-to-day administrative activities, allowing a focus on strategy and business growth.
- Coordinate office operations, document preparation, and file management.
- Assist in managing compliance with internal policies and procedures across the FM team.
- Maintain business-specific databases and management information systems.
- Prepare reports, project documentation, and business presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Track daily profit and loss, and support monthly financial performance reporting.
- Manage leave plans, induction/exit formalities, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to revenue and cost budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with risk, governance, and control frameworks.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, senior executives, and external visitors.
- Support in governance pack preparation and submission for Enterprise Risk Committee.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a medium-sized organization
- Certification: ACI Dealing Certification
