Role Overview

We are hiring an Architect Interior Designer with hands-on experience in an interior design firm. This role involves creating design concepts, preparing drawings, and supporting projects from the early idea stage through to completion on site. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail oriented, and comfortable working with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements
• Create space plans, interior layouts, and detailed working drawings
• Produce 3D models, visual renders, and presentation materials
• Prepare drawings for interior fit outs and site execution
• Work closely with project managers, vendors, and site teams
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure designs are followed
• Present design ideas to clients and manage revisions and approvals
• Assist with material selection, specifications, and finishing details

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• HND or BSc in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certifications will be an added benefit

Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience
• Previous experience in an interior design firm is required
• Experience with residential and commercial interior projects

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp
• Experience with Lumion or Enscape for rendering
• Basic to strong skills in Photoshop

Other Requirements

• Must be based in Lagos, preferably around Ilupeju or Lagos Mainland
• Ability to resume work within a reasonable time
• A portfolio showing completed interior projects is required

Core Skills

• Strong space planning and interior detailing ability
• Good 3D visualization and presentation skills
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery work
• Ability to handle more than one project and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary

Monthly Salary: N220,000
