Job Title: Biscuit Machine Operator

Role Overview
We are hiring a Biscuit Machine Operator to handle daily operations of biscuit production machines. The role involves running machines efficiently, checking product quality, and carrying out basic maintenance to reduce downtime and improve output.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate biscuit production machines according to set standards
• Monitor machine performance and report faults early
• Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
• Ensure product quality meets company requirements
• Reduce waste and support continuous improvement activities
• Follow safety, hygiene, and production guidelines at all times
• Support preventive maintenance and production improvement plans
Qualifications and Skills
• OND, Trade Test Certificate, or Technical or Vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• One to three years work experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Experience in biscuit production is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
• Willingness to work shifts when required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Salary
N170,000 Monthly salary
