  • Step 3: Input KCT-1 on your prepaid meter and press “Enter,” then input KCT-2 and press “Enter” again.
  • Step 4: Purchase and load your recharge token through your preferred channel as usual.

Option 2: Ikeja Electric Payment Website

  • Step 1: Link your NIN with your meter number.
  • Step 2: On your next purchase, you will receive the recharge token along with two sets of tokens (KCT-1 and KCT-2) for software update.
  • Step 3: Input the tokens on your prepaid meter as instructed in Option 1.

Option 3: USSD Code

  • Step 1: Dial *7024# on your mobile phone.
  • Step 2: Select option 2 for Token Retrieval.
  • Step 3: Enter your meter number. The KCTs will be sent via SMS.
  • Note: This service costs ₦20.
