Position Available: Night-Duty Manager

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Night-Duty Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth overnight operations, excellent guest experience and effective coordination within the front office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the overnight Front Office team to deliver excellent guest service
• Coordinate night shift workflow to ensure full coverage, including meal breaks
• Provide accurate information and handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally
• Complete property-specific night audit procedures
• Conduct floor checks when necessary
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Greet all guests in a friendly, personalised manner
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Record guest feedback for management
• Balance tills and manage the department cash float accurately
• Prepare and distribute daily reports
• Document transactions and account changes
• Handle foreign currency transactions correctly
• Collect payments and issue receipts
• Update guest details on the Property Management System (PMS)
• Promote the loyalty programme to non-members
• Provide clear handover information to the next shift
• Action special requests promptly and appropriately
• Maintain a clean and presentable front desk at all times
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role

Salary

N150,000 per month
